The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.35 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 4.62 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 49.13 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 20.08 per cent at Rs 148.39 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 123.58 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 18.84 per cent to Rs 133.25 crore from Rs 112.13 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.06 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.06 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 32.23 per cent to Rs 15.14 crore as against Rs 11.45 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 10.15 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 189.92 per cent y-o-y to Rs 7.48 crore, while Taxation decreased by 58.06 per cent at Rs 0.91 crore (Dec'23 Rs 2.17 crore).
