Milton Plastics Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Chiranjiv I Vaghani, promoter Director of the Company has resigned as Director of the Company on the health ground with effect from August 09, 2014.

Further, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on August 14, 2014 accepted his resignation as director of the Company.
