This is furtherance to our letter dated January 25, 2024, regarding the execution of a Share Sale and Purchase Agreement by Max Ateev Limited (Max Ateev), a non-material Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company for the sale of shares of Forum I Aviation Private Limited (Forum I).\r\n\r\nIn this regard, we would like to inform you that Max Ateev has received the consideration of Rs. 8.04 Cr. and the whole divestment has been completed today, alongwith the transfer of shares to all three buyer entities.\r\n\r\nyou are requested to take the aforesaid on record.
