Esab India - Intimation Of Record Date For Payment Of Interim Dividend 2023-24

Further to our letter dated 10th November 2023 wherein we had informed that the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 10th November 2023 have declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 32/- per equity share i.e. 320%, having face value of Rs. 10 each for the financial year ending 31st March 2024, we hereby inform you that we have revised the Record Date for the said Interim Dividend and fixed on 25th November 2023.
