The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.09 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2023 as compared to Rs 0.16 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 43.75 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 1089.74 per cent at Rs 4.64 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 0.39 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 1178.38 per cent to Rs 4.73 crore from Rs 0.37 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 9.52 per cent at Rs 0.23 crore versus (Sep'22 Rs 0.21 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 550.00 per cent to Rs -0.09 crore as against Rs 0.02 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 133.73 per cent in September quarter.

Taxation decreased by 50.00 per cent at Rs 0.03 crore (Sep'22 Rs 0.06 crore).
