B&B Realty Ltd. - Intimation Of Book Closure For The Purpose Of Annual General Meeting

Pursuant to section 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 ( Listing Regulations), the Registers of Members and Share Transfer book of the Company will remain closed from Friday 22nd September 2023 to Thursday 28th September 2023 (both the days inclusive) for taking on record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of holding 40th Annual General Meeting for the financial Year ended 31st March 2023.
