Vadivarhe Speciality Chemicals Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'Intimation pursuant to Schedule III Part A Para A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, in compliance of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015'.Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ( Listing Regulations ) read with Schedule III Part A Para A of Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that, the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) has directed the Company to Suspend the production activities till the installation of Online Monitoring System in Effluent Treatment Plant. The estimated time for installation of the above Online Monitoring System and resumption of production activities is 6 to 7 days.The details as required under Schedule III Part A Para A of Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure A .
