APL/SEC/32/2023- 24/9 dated 11th May, 20 23, wherein the Company had informed that the 77th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tues day, 27th June, 2023 at 1 1:00 a.m. (IST) through video conference or other audio-visual means, in compliance with relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India ('SEBI').\r\n\r\nPursuant to Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), please find enclosed the Notice convening the 77th AGM and the Integrated Annual Report of the Company, including the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report, for the financial year 2022-23.
