With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform you that Hazel Hybren Private Limited ('Hazel') has\r\nbeen incorporated on 2nd June, 2023 as per the Master Data available on the website of Ministry of Corporate Affairs -\r\nwww.mca.gov.in. However, the Certificate of Incorporation is awaited.\r\nHazel is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mahindra Susten Private Limited, which is a subsidiary of Mahindra Holdings\r\nLimited, which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.\r\nThe details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI\r\nCircular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September 2015 are given in Annexure A to this letter.\r\n
