This is to inform that pursuant to Section 110 of Companies Act, 2013, read with Rule 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Company proposes to conduct Postal Ballot for obtaining the approval of members of the Company with respect to re-appointment of Mr. Sunil Goyal as Managing Director of the Company for a period of 5(five) years with effect from 1st April, 2023 as Ordinary resolutions and notice is attached herewith.
