Shipping Corpn. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Directorate

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we hereby notify following change in the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 03.03.2023:\r\nVide letter no. SS-11012/1/2022-SU Office Order (No. 02/2023) dated 10.05.2023, the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways has informed that Capt. Binesh Kumar Tyagi (DIN:08966904), CMD, The Shipping Corporation of India Limited (SCI) will also hold the additional charge of the post of Directors (L&PS), SCI for period of 6 (six) months w.e.f. 03.03.2023 to 02.09.2023, or till the appointment of a regular incumbent to the post, or until further orders whichever is the earliest.
