Crisil - Updates on Voluntary Open Offer

CRISIL Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company on June 07, 2013, has approved the proposal to notify the Stock Exchanges of the following matters that were under consideration before the announcement of the Voluntary Open Offer by McGraw Hill Financial Inc. to increase its shareholding in CRISIL:-

1. Exploring sale of building of CRISIL House, 121-122, Andheri-Kurla Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai - 400 093.

2. Exploring sale of CRISILs Investment in India Index Services & Products Limited.
