The Board of Directors of the Company have, at its meeting held today through video conference i.e. Tuesday, 24 March 2020, inter alia, appointed M/s. Makarand M. Joshi & Co. as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company to conduct the Audit of the Secretarial records of the Company for the financial years 2019-20 and 2020-21, to replace MMJC & Associates, LLP, belonging to the same Practising Company Secretaries ('PCS') Firm with similar partners and audit team.
