Please note that the Board of Directors in their meeting held today i.e. 18th July, 2019 have decided that the Register of members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, the 11th September, 2019 to Wednesday, the 18th September, 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the above referred 33rd Annual General Meeting.
