The Compensation Committee at its meeting held on April 26, 2019 has approved the allotment of 2,400 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5.00 each pursuant to the exercise of the Stock Options by the eligible employees of the company under the Genesys ESOP Scheme -2010.

Consequently, post-allotment the paid-up capital of the company shall stand increased to Rs.15,55,73,560/- divided into 3,11,14,712 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 5.00 each. These shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
