Allied Resins - Board Meeting on Feb 12, 2010

Allied Resins & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2010, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider and take on record the revised unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2009 and for 9 months period from April 01, 2009 to December 31, 2009.

2. To consider the proposal for merger of the Company with ARCL Organics Ltd.
