P.H Capital Ltd. has posted its fourth quarter results ending March 2011 on Tuesday.
The company has registered an increase in its total income amounting to Rs.
209.34 lakh in the quarter ended March 2011 as compared to Rs. 2.35 lakh in the
corresponding quarter last year. The company has also recorded loss of Rs (11.65)
lakh in the quarter ended March 2011 from loss of Rs. (26.43) lakh in the quarter
ended March 2010. Moreover, the expenditure also increased to Rs. 217.90 lakh in
the March 2011 quarter from Rs.11.08 lakh in the corresponding quarter last year.
The paid up equity share capital of the company in the quarter ended March 2011
amounted to Rs. 300.01 lakh.
While for the year ended March 2011, the total income increased to Rs. 945.71
lakh as compared to Rs. 926.13 lakh in the corresponding period last year. The
other income during the year ended March 2011 amounted to Rs. 1.65 lakh as
compared to Rs.6.49 lakh for the year ended March 2010. The total expenditure of
the company increased to Rs. 880.52 lakh from Rs. 719.03 lakh for the year ended
March 2010 and this increase was mainly attributed to decrease in stock in trade
to Rs. 107.58 lakh as against an increase in stock of (Rs. 28.03 lakh) and increase in
purchases of traded goods from Rs. 702.96 lakh to Rs. 729.09 lakh. Moreover, the
net profit during the period declined to Rs. 43.81 lakh from Rs.161.35 lakh for the
year ended March 2010.
