Gei Industrial Systems Limited had informed regarding the outcome of board meeting held on January 31, 2011. The Company has now informed that in point no.1 (Increase in Authorised Capital) due to a typographical error the Increased Authorized Capital has been indicated as "Rs. 30 Crores" instead of "Rs. 90 Crores" i.e. the Authorised Capital is increased to Rs.90 Crores.
