In terms of Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013, we are pleased to inform you that the Board of Director of the Company in its meeting held on today i.e. 28/01/2018, G L N Prasad & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 015176S/S200067), based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, appointed as the Statutory Auditors of our company to fill the casual vacancy caused by resignation of M/s. Madhu & Associates, Chartered Accounts and they shall hold office till the conclusion of the forthcoming General Meeting of the Company.
