Lords Ishwar Hotels - Closure of Trading Window

pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, amended till date, and the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors/officers/designated employees of the Company from 5th February, 2018 till 14th February, 2018 (both days inclusive).
