Further to our letter No.SG:01:2018 dated 19.01.2018, kindly be informed that in the Board Meeting held today, the January 19,2018, pursuant to sub section (5) of Section 152 of the Companies Act,2013, Ms. Preeti Singhal, on the recommendations of the Remuneration & Nomination Committee, was also appointed as an Independent Director of the company subject to her confirmation in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
