This is in furtherance to our communication dated 18.04.2026 and 23.04.2026, wherein we had intimated about the postal Ballot notice dated 18.04.2026 and pursuant to the regulation 30 and 44 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith the outcome of postal ballot, disclosure of voting result along with the Scrutinizer's Report for the resolutions attached herewith. \r\nThe remote e-voting was closed on Sunday, 24th May, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. (IST) and the Scrutinizer submitted their report on Monday, 25.05.2026.\r\nIn this connection, we are enclosing herewith the following:\r\na.
