The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 159.89 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 115.25 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 38.73 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 0.18 per cent at Rs 1,011.94 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,010.11 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 5.07 per cent to Rs 712.72 crore from Rs 750.76 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 121.78 per cent at Rs -3.33 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 15.29 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 15.89 per cent to Rs 304.02 crore as against Rs 262.33 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 15.67 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 28.39 per cent y-o-y to Rs 28.90 crore, while Taxation decreased by 13.78 per cent at Rs 56.49 crore (Mar'25 Rs 65.52 crore).
