The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.52 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.16 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 225.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 56.17 per cent at Rs 74.71 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 47.84 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 55.04 per cent to Rs 72.51 crore from Rs 46.77 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 66.67 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.15 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 105.61 per cent to Rs 2.20 crore as against Rs 1.07 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 32.29 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 12.31 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.73 crore, while Taxation increased by 966.67 per cent at Rs 0.26 crore (Sep'24 Rs -0.03 crore).
