Ambo Agritec Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 19/11/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to our earlier letter dated November 11, 2025, we wish to inform you that due to the ill health of our\r\ndirector, he will not be able to attend the meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled for Friday, November 14, 2025.\r\nAccordingly, the said meeting has been postponed and rescheduled to Wednesday, November 19, 2025, inter alia, to\r\nconsider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the half year ended September 30, 2025.
