The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.02 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.35 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 6.17 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.95 per cent at Rs 142.53 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 138.44 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.91 per cent to Rs 118.53 crore from Rs 115.18 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 80.91 per cent at Rs 1.99 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.10 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 3.22 per cent to Rs 24.01 crore as against Rs 23.26 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.24 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 16.86 per cent y-o-y to Rs 7.90 crore, while Taxation decreased by 11.90 per cent at Rs 1.48 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.68 crore).
