The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.49 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.43 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 944.19 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.18 per cent at Rs 242.61 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 208.82 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 13.68 per cent to Rs 220.73 crore from Rs 194.16 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 93.75 per cent at Rs 0.08 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.28 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 49.15 per cent to Rs 21.88 crore as against Rs 14.67 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 28.49 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 17.26 per cent y-o-y to Rs 10.46 crore, while Taxation increased by 100.00 per cent at Rs 0.04 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.02 crore).
