The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 304.74 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 244.12 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 24.83 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.59 per cent at Rs 1,930.32 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,810.94 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.03 per cent to Rs 1,465.61 crore from Rs 1,408.83 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 28.94 per cent at Rs 21.92 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 17.00 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 15.57 per cent to Rs 464.71 crore as against Rs 402.11 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 8.42 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 33.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 11.46 crore, while Taxation increased by 8.92 per cent at Rs 103.57 crore (Sep'24 Rs 95.09 crore).
