The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.73 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.65 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 166.15 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 46.96 per cent at Rs 18.40 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 12.52 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 43.01 per cent to Rs 15.66 crore from Rs 10.95 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 155.56 per cent at Rs 0.23 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.09 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 74.05 per cent to Rs 2.75 crore as against Rs 1.58 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 18.60 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 43.86 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.82 crore
