Kriti Nutrients has declared 300% Special dividend for the financial year March 2026

Kriti Nutrients Ltd. on Monday, 10 November 2025, has announced Special dividend of 300 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Thursday, 13 November 2025 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 13 November 2025.

The last five dividends are 30% Final dividend (Ex Date : 06 August 2025), 30% Final dividend (Ex Date : 11 June 2024), 25% Final dividend (Ex Date : 21 August 2023), 18% Final dividend (Ex Date : 08 August 2022) and 18% Final dividend (Ex Date : 29 July 2021).
