The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.38 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.36 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 5.56 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 12.95 per cent at Rs 29.30 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 33.66 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 11.08 per cent to Rs 29.30 crore from Rs 32.95 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 338.89 per cent at Rs 0.79 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.18 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 100.00 per cent to Rs 0.00 crore as against Rs 0.71 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 100.00 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 19.23 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.21 crore, while Taxation decreased by 41.67 per cent at Rs 0.07 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.12 crore).
