Birla Cable Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'Release of Corporate Guarantee of Rs. 600 Crores given by the Company ( Corporate Guarantor ) in favour of SBICAP Trustee Company Limited acting as Security Trustee for and on behalf of Consortium arrangement led by State Bank of India securing the credit facilities granted to Vindhya Telelinks Limited ( Borrower )'.
