Birla Cable - Release Of Corporate Guarantee Given By The Company

We would like to inform you that SBICAP Trustee Company Limited vide its letter dated 7th May, 2025, has confirmed the release of Corporate Guarantee of Rs. 600 crores given by by the Company (\Corporate Guarantor\) in favour of SBICAP Trustee Company Limited acting as Security Trustee for and on behalf of Consortium arrangement led by State Bank of India securing the credit facilities granted to Vindhya Telelinks Limited (\Borrower\).
